Codeage Creatine HMB+ provides 5,000 mg of micronised creatine monohydrate per serving. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The formula also includes 1,500 mg of myHMB® (calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate monohydrate), a metabolite of leucine.
Each serving also provides 2,000 mg of taurine and vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol. Vitamin D supports the maintenance of normal muscle function. The blend uses a liposomal delivery with phospholipids from non-GMO sunflower lecithin.
Unflavoured and easy to mix in water or shakes, it suits pre- or post-workout use. Manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility in the USA, this non-GMO formula is dairy, soy, and gluten-free.

Suggested use
