Awful - so salty and gave me a headache!
This collagen is so salty it is undrinkable. Tried in water first and then a fruit flavoured shake but it could not be disguised. Don't understand how other reviewers claimed this was virtually tasteless. It also clumped in the milk / kefir shake so needed blending. Unfortunately within a few sips in it also triggered a headache. Sent feedback to Healf who were quite dismissive, apologising that the flavour 'caught me off guard' and that the headache was 'a mild reaction'. A complete waste of money.
