I have been using this product for approx 4 weeks and I can see an improvement in my hair and nails. Easy to use , dissolves easily in my cereal milk making it taste extra creamy. Just ordered my second months worth as going to keep using it. Delivery is super efficent. One thing that would be great is a refill sachet for the original tub so you don't have to keep receiving a new tub and scoop with each order. Very happy otherwise
