I take this supplement for
I take this supplement for my endometriosis pain. I know people usually expect that the medication starts helping right away, but as far as I've read, it only starts helping after at least 2 weeks. But the good thing about curcumin is that it doesn't only help with pain but also supports the entire body, helps immunity, brain health, joints, and more. Higher doses are needed with endo but be careful because higher doses can cause GI upset.
