I would advise to stay away from this supplement. Took it for a couple of weeks as directed, i. e. 30 mins before my biggest meal and each time, 2 hours after i took it, it gave me the worst diarrhoea of my life! I will not be buying this again, and I would advise other people to do the same!
Not noticing any significant differences but sometimes feel a little "jumpy" if taken before meal on an empty stomach.
