I have been taking this for a couple of months now - I started taking it to reduce leg cramps at night and to help with sleep. I have certainly noticed a reduction in leg cramps but not particularly noticed an improvement in sleep.
I recently took my magnesium red blood cell count and it was low. My practitioner is based in the States so her recommendations on quality supplements are not always available in the UK so I decided to investigate what true quality brands are available here and this came out on top. I like the fact that I do not need to take more than 2 caps per serving to get the high dosages required and this also makes it a better value option. The brand also has a very high practitioner reputation in the UK so would have no issues recommending. I've yet to retest my RBC, but I have no doubt that it will have improved
Helps with sleep. The capsule size has increased in recent months and whilst I preferred the previous smaller size of capsule, the quality and performance of the product seems to be the same.
I have been using for a month and although I’m not sure I have seen the benefits of taking magnesium(have been taken magnesium glycinate for 8months), the main reason of me changing to this is noticeable, and it is it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. Therefore my 5 stars

This magnesium has helped me with muscle soreness and cramps after intense exercise. Sadly, it hasn't helped with my disruptive sleep.
