I bought these supplements after I did some research and on the reviews I read. Due to age and being a keen food lover, every time I go on a trip I find myself with a bloated tummy. Take between meals or you’ll have a stomach ache. I made this mistake for two weeks and it was awful. I was burping up the taste and everything. Literally the next day I took it between meals, and it was like a switch being turned off. This is meant to work when you do not have food digesting in your stomach. I waited at least two hours.. 3 is the best.
This product takes the wind out.
