Not sure that I can
Not sure that I can feel a difference just yet but I believe in the product and this has an added benefit of being third party tested so the quality assurance is there. I place this powder under my tongue and think that it doesn’t have a bad taste and is completely edible

Pure, clean and a pleasure to use
This NMN powder is excellent. Visually, it is whiter than white — incredibly clean-looking, fine and pure. Even though I obviously cannot “see” what it is doing internally, I can definitely feel a difference, especially with focus and general mental clarity. The included measuring scoop makes it easy to use, and one tub lasts a very long time, which makes the value much better than it first appears. For what I believe is one of the purest NMN powders available in the UK, and possibly one of the cleanest in the wider biohacking space, it feels like a very worthwhile investment. There is also something satisfying about the product itself: the colour, texture and simplicity give the impression of real purity and quality. Best Quality Great Value
I never knew much about this brand but glad I found it and done my research on them as they are top tier in terms of quality and providing exactly what the supps supposed to. Some YouTube channel guy 3rd part tests brands and then documents it periodically and this came out top for almost all supps. The value is second to none too! I stack this alongside NR to cover both bases in terms of efficacy - the do the same and different things- anyhow why not hedge. Keep in the fridge- i do even in cold weather it does no harm and will is ideal for most supps to do this . Safe from sunlight kitchen heat central heating so on so forth.
