Step 1: Begin with clean, dry skin. The product goes onto the hands first, then gets massaged across the body. It also works well as a targeted treatment on rough areas such as elbows, knees, toes, or arms. It is best used on days when exfoliation is not part of the routine.

Step 2: Massage until fully absorbed. Allow a short moment for it to settle into the skin before getting into bed.
