Good Mess started in Andrea Kazan’s kitchen—with a health scare, a lot of label reading, and her mum’s brilliant baking. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Andrea overhauled her diet to support her gut and overall health. But finding truly wholesome bakes was harder than it should be—so they made their own. The result? Delicious baking mixes made with simple, nourishing ingredients. Today, Good Mess makes it easy to bake wholesome cakes and pancakes at home, with no nasties and none of the mess.

Almond flour, tapioca flour, organic coconut sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking soda, sea salt.

The mix contains nuts (almonds).

Add eggs (or a vegan alternative), oil, a little bit of vanilla, and you're good to go.

Remix it: Add in some walnuts, chocolate chips, or top with flaky sea salt before baking for a nice little twist.

Store the mix in a cool, dry place. Our mixes do not contain any preservatives or additives, so once baked the brownies are best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
