I received the kit in good time and well packaged. I delayed using it until I was ready to do so, a couple of weeks, I think. I could not scan the QR code to register the kit on my phone, so customer service helpfully gave me an alternative registration method. I found customer service incredibly helpful throughout, prior to purchase, during the process and in reacting to queries after the process. The process itself is simple and well explained, all the necessary equipment is provided and I found the Tasso collection device simple and quick to use, giving a sample from my arm in under five minutes. I posted the kit one day, it was received the next (and I was kept up to date on its receipt) and I had the results the day after. The results were available in a PDF so I could download and share them with clinicians if necessary. All in all a good experience, giving me the metrics I wanted for an experiment I am carrying out on myself on diet and blood lipids. I used the 'Lite' kit as it includes Apo B alongside the standard lipid panel, which is not available on the NHS for me. One bit of feedback I have given is that it would be good if HbA1c and fasting insulin were also included in the 'Core' measures at least, as insulin and glucose control are pivotal to health and are thought to feed into other metrics such as lipids. Healf have said that they are reviewing their measured metrics and will feed that back.
