The shakes are designed to help you feel full and nourished. For best results, enjoy every sachet as directed—even if you’re feeling satisfied. Mix each sachet with your favourite healthy liquid, such as fresh vegetable or green juice, coconut water, herbal teas, or room temperature water. Avoid blended smoothies, caffeine, and sugary drinks. Bone or vegetable broth and herbal teas are great between sachets; matcha and green tea are also fine.
IMPORTANT: Drink the FIBRE sachets immediately after mixing with water or juice, as they thicken quickly. Don’t use a blender—just shake in a shaker for 1-2 seconds and drink promptly.
