Ingredients

Polyphenol-rich fibre from apples, carrots, blueberries, cranberries and spinach [NatureKnit®], Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) [Sunfiber®], Lithothamnium calcareum (Red algae) powder (providing Calcium), Zingiber officinale (Ginger) powder.

Suggested use

Add 3 teaspoons (9.6g) per day to any meal or a smoothie. If you're new to fibre, start with half this serving. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
