Fodmix provides a blend of digestive enzymes, including lactase to improve lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. Each capsule delivers 10,000 FCC lactase units, which improve lactose digestion when consuming dairy products such as milk, soft cheese, yoghurt, and ice cream.
This formula also features alpha-galactosidase, xylose isomerase, and invertase. These enzymes are included as part of the formulation and are naturally involved in the breakdown of different carbohydrates and sugars found in food:
- Alpha-galactosidase is an enzyme that acts on galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and other complex carbohydrates.
- Xylose isomerase is an enzyme involved in the conversion of fructose to glucose.
- Invertase is an enzyme that breaks down sucrose into glucose and fructose.
Capsules can be opened easily, allowing the contents to be mixed with food or drink, making them a flexible choice for adults and children aged 2 years and older.

Suggested use
Usage: Take the capsules immediately before or with the first bite of your meal. If you have trouble swallowing, you can open the capsules and consume the contents directly or dissolve them in a glass of water.
