Really glad I found this product - Seems to be doing what is says on the can! Had to start with a tiny bit on the tip of a teaspoon and titrate up, due to MCAS, but tolerating it using this method. Noticeable on the days I forget to add it to my coffee so must be working!!

Excellent product
I used it in breakfast (trying to aim for 20 g of fiber at breakfast) and has less side effects than inulin, it completely dissolves in water and has no taste at all. Inside the pouch it looks similar to salt, but dissolved in water it has no taste. It's a great fiber.
