Ingredients
Xylitol (derived from birch trees), natural chicle (gum base), natural flavourings, vegetable glycerol, gum arabic & carnauba wax.
Suggested use
Chew one piece of Kaigum at least three times a day for around 10-15 minutes, especially after meals and acidic drinks (coffee, juices, smoothies etc).

liked that this chewing gum is made with natural ingredients, which is what initially attracted me to it. However, I found that it sticks to my teeth quite a lot and can be difficult to remove afterwards. The spearmint flavour is pleasant at first, but the taste and fresh feeling only last for about a minute before fading away.
