I have been struggling to keep my minerals without irritating my post gastritis stomach, and this has been such a saviour! Swore by this when on long distance hike
I first started using this when I went on a three week hike across the highlands. It was in the dead on Winter and I was camping along the route and so wanted something to keep me hydrated, (especially as in was sipping less, being cold) and prevent cramps etc. It wasn’t actually until after the hike, spending a week in a hotel, doing slow walks etc that I realised just how good it was. I started ceasing up and was fatigued. I had loads left (it lasts about a month with daily use as instructed and I often have it a few times throughout the day). I started to take it again and was back to feeling more alert and less achey again. That long hike was two years ago and I still take this every morning, but have recently switched to putting Baja salts in my water at home and taking this on the go with me on “heavy” days ( I do a physical job with long hours).
