I have been on the Collagen Peptides for about 6 months, I needed to boost my energy levels, as I had been on a diet. I feel a lot better for it, but now I need to maintain my weight lose. I might need to look into something that might be more energy. I also drink a lot of water compared to what I used to drink. So it is a combination of things that give me more energy.

I prefer to take collagen in tablet form as it's easier fore as I don't like the taste of others I've tried, and I have tried quite a few. I've shopped at head a few times because they usually have the best prices. I also love the philosophy of both jealf and Kiki health. Very happy with the product. The only issue I had was with delivery where they did say they tried delivery but no-one was home, however I was in all day.
