This is an effective iron
This is an effective iron that you can dose accordingly to your needs, with no fillers, has a metallic taste which is fine, the cleanest iron supplement you can get. One full dropper daily works for maintenance as an anaemic, if I need to increase the dose, I’ll split at different times of the day to avoid lower stomach issues. I take outside of meal times, not near any caffeine. Make sure your vit D and calcium is adequate for iron absorption.

I think the product is
I think the product is great, I noticed an immediate improvement in energy levels. However the test is strong and the quantities are a bit frustrating - a portion is 30 drops. It'd be great to have a pipette line to reach and have something like '3 pipettes up to 'X' line' for example. You do also need to find something you can manage the taste with, I don't recommend just water because it's punchy. Grapefruit juice with it is a great for covering the flavour and also helps it absorb. I'll likely try tablet form after this.
