Took this particular nmn for a year and noticed a huge difference in my general day to day endurance, stamina and strength. Able to focus and concentrate on a task for longer. Would be 5 stars but ive since switched to a powdered form of nmn that works out to be almost half the price of this, the capsules seem to be getting more and more expensive
