Level II: Level-Up is the next phase of the Dr. Liv Kraemer Method. Designed as targeted “turnover training,” it builds on the foundation created by Level I: Warm-Up. This phase introduces advanced vitamin A derivatives — retinol and retinal — alongside bakuchiol to further support skin renewal and improve the look of firmness, texture, and radiance. Skin may experience mild dryness or flaking during adjustment, which can be a normal response as renewal accelerates.
Swiss Made and science-driven, Level II focuses on strengthening skin structure, refining clarity, and supporting long-term collagen activity for a smoother, more resilient appearance.

Smoothing Cleanser (200ml)
A gentle AHA/BHA foaming cleanser formulated with glycolic acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acid. It removes impurities, excess oil, and surface buildup while helping refine the appearance of pores. Skin feels clean and visibly refreshed.
Day Shield (50ml)
A lightweight gel-cream moisturiser with UVA and UVB filters for daily protection. Formulated with niacinamide, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid, it hydrates while helping defend against environmental stressors such as sun exposure and pollution. Suitable for all skin types and tones.
Overnight Smoother (30ml)
An AHA (glycolic acid) overnight serum in a hydrating hyaluronic acid base. It gently exfoliates the skin surface, helping improve the look of texture and clarity while supporting smoother-looking skin over time.
Turnover Optimizer (30ml)
The core of Level II. Formulated with retinol, retinal, and bakuchiol, this treatment supports enhanced cell renewal and collagen activity for firmer-looking, more refined skin. Suggested use
1. Start Phase:
Replace the Overnight Smoother once a week (e.g., Monday) with the Turnover Optimizer.
2. Build Phase:
After 2 weeks, use it twice a week (e.g., Monday & Friday).
3. Max Phase:
Increase up to 3 times a week (e.g., Monday, Wednesday & Friday). → On all other days, continue with the Overnight Smoother (AHA) as part of LEVEL I.
Always remember:
The 'driving' effect of retinol, that deeper push for your skin, usually becomes noticeable about 4 days later. So if you apply it on Monday, you’ll feel it by Friday. That’s your skin training in action.
Important:
Always follow with the Day Shield SPF 30 in the morning. If dryness or redness occurs, reduce frequency or pause. Never combine Turnover Optimizer and Overnight Smoother on the same night. Never use it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
