The Liforme Classic Yoga Mat is a premium yoga mat designed for yogis of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Its signature AlignForMe® system helps bring more awareness to hand and foot placement during practice, while the larger format gives you extra room to move comfortably through flows, holds and floor work.
This mat is made from sustainably sourced natural rubber and PVC-free materials. The surface is designed to provide dependable grip, helping you feel more secure as you move between poses, while the cushioning offers a considered balance of comfort and stability.

After each practice, always let your mat air dry flat. Once dry, store rolled up, coloured side outward. Do not fold your mat.
