Excellent way to quickly get
Excellent way to quickly get EAA's into your system, I like to take 10 grams post workout before I get into the sauna. My heart rate stays elevated, circulating the Eaa's through my system. Helps with recovery and muscle building. Have been using this brand for years and will continue to do so.
