MaryRuth’s Toddler Multivitamin Liquid Drops with Iron provide a blend of vitamins and minerals in a smooth vanilla orange liquid. Designed for toddlers, the easy-to-dose format helps cover daily nutrient needs.
Vitamin D is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. It also contributes to the maintenance of bones and teeth, and to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system in children.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and teeth. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport, and normal cognitive development of children. B vitamins, including niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

My toddler didn't like the taste or smell. Its a bit overpowering to sneak into other foods in my view. I am sure the product would have worked well but taste is a personal preference of course. I would recommend this if you feel your child would like the flavour.
Good service from Healf, in terms of product nice that it was organic and was very promising however my toddler did not like the orange vanilla flavour. On its own it’s very bitter-I tried it mixed in water, squash everything but the flavour was just too overpowering and she absolutely refused to drink it even when given on sly as she would be able to taste it. . I wish they did an unflavoured version.
Lovely product for my 3 year old. He obviously enjoys taking it as reminds me if we forget in the morning.
As toddler vitamin drops go they are ok but even with the added orange flavour they aren’t very palatable.
