100% Pure Japanese Matcha

Step 1: Sift 0.5 - 1.5 tsp (to strength preference) of matcha into whisking bowl.
Step 2: Add 2 oz of water heated to 180°F.
Step 3: Using bamboo whisk, whisk vigorously in a zig-zag pattern until all clumps dissolve and a nice froth is achieved.
Step 4 (for latte): combine whisked matcha with 6 oz of warm or cold milk.
Step 4 (for americano): combine whisked matcha with 6 oz of hot water.
Step 5: Sip soundly and enjoy!
