Finally a gel I like!!
This has been the year of the Half Marathon for me and I've really struggled with race nutrition. I don't get on with other gels due to taste, texture and effect on my stomach. This one works great for me. It's a good consistency. Not too sweet and seems to suit my digestion. I've tried sachets of maple syrup (too runny and too sweet) ; honey (too sticky) There are few ingredients and no caffeine. It's also easy to open - I've struggled with some sachets as I don't like biting through the oackaging. It is a bit expensive but worth it for the benefits. It's the only gel I would buy now
