magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), magnesium (magnesium citrate), acidity regulators: citric acid and malic acid, flavour: berry flavour, lemon balm extract, colour: anthocyanins, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia, saffron extract.

Suggested use

Mix 1 scoop (3.1g) into 150-250ml of water (adjust to taste), 1-2 times daily, or as directed. A change in colour upon mixing is a natural part of the formulation as the ingredients dissolve and activate. This is expected and does not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness.
