Multigenics® Chewable contains a blend of vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins such as riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and biotin. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B3, B6 and B12 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The formula includes minerals in forms such as citrate, bisglycinate, and picolinate, combined with vitamins in a chewable tablet. It is suitable for children from 2 years of age and can be used across different age groups.

Suggested use
Children 2-4 years: 1 tablet daily.

Children 4-7 years: 1-2 tablets daily.

    This product contains sh***y ingredients that should not be consumed by humans. I assume the ingredients list was changed after I purchased, because otherwise I would have avoided. Don't call yourself 'Healf' and flog this stuff, please.
