Suggested use

Any omega 3 which leaves an aftertastes of fish for the next few hours ends up in he bin (despite my good intentions), MINAMI solves that for me completely and has been the go to brand I buy for the last 2 years. I've recently tried the Move formulation for the first time and like it a lot
