I took this for a series of months to help with leaky gut, which is certainly did help. I've also recommended glutamine to clients of mine who report having gut issues and regular bloating - at 30-80g per day it's really helped myself and others. Only criticism I have is, it's a little pricey for what it is when you compare it other companies selling the same product.
