MUTO NAD+ Cellular Complex | Energy & Recovery is a daily multi-nutrient formula combining NAD⁺ precursors with methylated B vitamins, essential nutrients and plant extracts.

At its centre is 300mg Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) a precursor to NAD⁺, a coenzyme. Alongside NR, the formula contains quercetin (250mg, dihydrate 98%), a naturally occurring polyphenol, and turmeric extract (200mg, 95% curcuminoids).

CoQ10 (50mg) is included alongside pterostilbene (100mg) and grapeseed extract (200mg, 95% polyphenols), botanical compounds naturally rich in polyphenols.

The formula provides a comprehensive B vitamin complex in methylated forms: folate as methyltetrahydrofolate and B12 as methylcobalamin. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B3 (niacin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin D3 (25μg, 1000IU, cholecalciferol from algae) contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K2 (75μg, menaquinone-7) contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Zinc bisglycinate (15mg) contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal DNA synthesis. Copper citrate (1mg) contributes to normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Suggested use

    Great product, feeling benefits already

    Have been taking for almost a month now and noticed a difference within a couple of weeks. I train frequently and have quite a full on life and am definitely feeling like I have more energy in the afternoons especially. Slight upward trend in HRV, but my other metrics are also improving. I also did the consultation with Dr Richie, he’s a really nice guy and clearly passionate about the product! He was able to recommend some other things for me to try to improve my goals

    Excellent magic capsules!!

    I’ve been taking the Muto supplement for the past 3 months and the results have honestly been incredible.     I started using MUTO in the summer of…
