Bought this to wear at Yin yoga, but decided to take it on long-haul flight to Japan. It was absolutely brilliant. The hole at the back, means you can sort of tie it on and the weight of it, plus the fact that it blocks out the light very effectively, worked a treat. I got loads of sleep and had virtually zero jet-lag. Have since used it back in the UK for Yin and it was great for that too. I know it’s a bit pricey but I’d highly recommend it.
