Great supplement
I take 2 a day, it says you can take 4 but i prefer not with the other supplements I take, they're not hard to take and I've not noticed any negative side effects after taking them for a month so I'd recommend and will be sticking with these.

I’ve never taken a fish oil supplement before but am worried about not getting enough omega 3 so having considered my options and decided not to go with cod liver oil due to too much vitamin A, I landed on Now Foods fish oil capsules. It’s a huge tub of 200 soft gels so felt like decent value for money. Each soft gel is quite a large size so I find tipping my head forward when swallowing with a liquid helps. The only downside I would say is that although there is no taste on swallowing the soft gel, a short time after taking it, I do get a fishy taste repeating on me, as if I’ve just eaten some oily fish. It’s a little unpleasant but doesn’t last too long. I am happy to persevere with the tub as I think it’s bound to be good for me.
