Why Ombar is Healf
What sets Ombar’s chocolate apart is their commitment to preserving the natural goodness of cacao. They keep their cacao un-roasted, a process designed to maintain the integrity of heat-sensitive polyphenols—essential plant compounds known for their health benefits.
By doing so, they ensure that every bite of their chocolate is not only a yummy treat but also a nutrient-rich experience, true to nature's intention. Using high-quality, ingredients and ethically sourced Fair Trade cacao, Ombar is a great choice to those who want to enjoy chocolate in a natural way.
With our Healf Curation Process, we do the work for you. Shop with confidence knowing that every item has been tried, tested, and curated for you.
