My brother recommended I take an omega 3 supplement and I was happy to find this (many also contain omega 6). I dislike swallowing tablets so this perfect and doesn't taste overly fishy. I have finished the bottle and will likely repurchase. I can't speak to its effects as they are incremental, but I know J am doing something positive for my health.
