Ingredients

Suggested use

A lifesaver for my post-antibiotic gut
I had a really difficult time with my stomach after a long course of antibiotics earlier this year and nothing was helping. A nutritionist suggested I try a high-quality probiotic and I landed on optibac. To say it's helped is an understatement, it took a few weeks to really kick in but the difference is massive. I feel so much more comfortable, I'm less gassy (!) and things just feel. . . normal again. I rarely write reviews but felt I had to for this because its been a proper help, couldn't recommend it enough if you're in a similar situation.
