I started to use these 2 daya ago. I suffer with slow gastric emptying, and just after 2 days Im starting to feel some relief. Less stomach noise, less belching. Im always a bit sceptical with supplements since I tried so many but these are great. Its not miracle but it helps, and I love the taste.
