Suggested use
For best results take 2 - 4 capsules daily. We recommend 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. With or without food. Why 4 capsules daily? NutriGenesis® vitamins, minerals, and cofactors mean more ingredients, requiring more capsule space. To deliver comprehensive multivitamin and mineral nutrition, 4 capsules are necessary.

i have been taking this
i have been taking this for a couple of years now. its my favourite multi and the only one i take. it doesn't have excessive b vitamins or ridiculously high levels of certain micronutrients like some supplements. i find it gentle on my stomach too, with or without food. no discomfort whatsoever. always feel good taking this.
