Grass-Fed Bovine Collagen Hydrolysate
Suggested use
Take one 7.5g serving (approx 3.5 x 5ml level tsps) 1-3 times per day with or between meals. Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice. Can also be used in hot drinks, baking or other recipes.
