This vitamin complex was recommended to me by a nutritionist for low energy. I was concerned that it may upset my stomach but she said this was a good supplement without a lot of rubbish in it. I’ve only been taking it for a couple of weeks but so far so good, no side effects. I’m not sure if i feel any better yet but it’s early days.
