As I move away from ingesting things that are warm and fuzzy with four legs as well as feathered and bi-pedal, and being allergic to wheat and gluten among other things, I care about my B vitamins. This is a simple way to get what my body needs from a quality product.
I have Lyme disease, have been injured by the fluoroquinolone antibiotics and have the MTHFR 1298 mutation. My doctor recommended treating my mutation to help me recover from the other two. She warned me to go slow. I started with one capsule every other day and worked my way up to two a day after three weeks. When I was up to two a day, I was able to stop using my pain meds and have been off for a month now. Since I've been on daily pain meds since 2005, this is a pretty big deal for me. I normally do not tolerate supplements well and believe I tolerate these because they contain no fillers, dyes, anti-caking agents, etc.
