Not impressed
To be honest not impressed for what you get for how much it costs. I have used many other creatines through out my years ( always mainly creapure) and the effects are the same . No way is there a months worth in this little half filled container , unless you micro dose of which is pointless if you truly want to benefit from it . Also if you wanted to truly does what you need it would probably last only over a week and that’s just not affordable in the long run. Mixes amizngly well though ( can’t fault that ) . Just dubious in how you can claim that ratios of the mix. Let’s be honest if we use a scoop how can you be sure that the ratios of Creatine and magnesium and chloride amd salt etc are what’s stated ? Going to just stick with simple one ingredient creapure Creatine as you truly know what your getting with each scoop etc.
