Suggested use

Love this
I can’t comment on how good the supplement is in terms of noticeable effect as only just starting taking. But as delivery /absorption seems to be a better way to take it, plus having possible adhd I love the fact I simply pick the bottle up and squirt it on my tongue, I don’t even have to take a lid off . The only thing I’m unsure of is if I’m taking it at the right time (on an empty stomach but why if it’s going on the tongue?) and in which case do I need to take it along with fat? However it’s very hard to get all your supplements taken at the perfect time in the perfect way so I’m content with it regardless. I was also pleased to find it lasts more than 1 month so even better value . Will most likely buy more of this brand for different supplements .

Amazing stuff
I had dangerously low vitamin D. I have been building my levels back up with this for about 1 year, and now have sufficient- hoping to get even higher in next blood results. Most of my symptoms linked to low vit D have now gone too. Magical stuff I take every morning.
