Suggested use
Take 1 teaspoon by mouth. Hold in mouth for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional.     I’ve been taking this kidney

    I’ve been taking this kidney care supplement for the past 2 months as a preventive measure, since one of my kidneys is shrunk and scarred from infections many years ago. While I don’t have any major kidney issues currently, I was drawn to the high-quality ingredients. That said, I haven’t noticed any significant changes or effects - positive or negative. It seems like a solid supplement, but without any noticeable improvements, it’s hard to gauge its impact.
