Absolutely a fav flavor of LMNT, although I've not tried one I didn't like! We use it for literally everything; from 1/2 packet in coffee, whole packet as hot drink, partial to taste packet mixed in Greek yogurt or sprinkled on ice cream, to adding to the bottom of browned butter bites before freezing and more! Delicious flavor and so good to be sure we get our electrolytes and minerals!

I love the LMNT range! I enjoy one every morning first thing where I mix it with BodyHealth's perfect amino - a perfect combo whether you're recovering or heading to training. Word on taste; don't expect it to taste like a hot chocolate as it's not! It's palatable but nothing like a hot chocolate, add in Perfect Amino (chocolate or mocha flavour) which really helps
