Taste good, helpful but doesn’t keep very well
Taste good and a very convenient overall hydration + basic supplement to take in the morning before or just after exercising. However, needs to be careful to keep it somewhere very dry as it can get damp and solidify otherwise. The first one I ordered did before I even used it, had to bin; and Healf (and there very helpful support team) was very quick to send me a new one.
