Rheal Superfood's was founded by Charlotte and Sean back in 2016 while still studying in university. I love this hot chocolate
I love this hot chocolate - it’s my saviour. I’m really struggling with sleeping at the moment, it’s a mix of perimenopause, busy at work, being a mummy and a carer for my mum! I’ve been waking up really early hours and struggling to get back to sleep - this has saved my life! It takes a while to get used to the flavour as it’s not like your usual hot chocolate but it works for me. Thank you x
