Suggested use
Apply as much toothpaste as you like and brush in gentle, circular motions for 2 minutes when you get up in the morning, after lunch and after dinner for clean, white teeth. For optimal results they recommend their simple, 3 step or care routine: Floss, Rinse and Brush (with no spitting).

While my daughter was ok with the flavour, while using this her teeth deteriorated quicker than with other toothpastes. I tried it myself and I didn't feel that it left my teeth clean at all.
