This supplement has genuinely changed my life. I had terrible eye swelling, headaches, dizziness, all sorts of histamine intolerance symptoms. As long as I eat relatively clean and take these I’m more or less back to myself. I’ve forgotten them a couple times and can tell almost immediately, and definitely when I wake up with swollen eyes! Wouldn’t be without them now.
