This is the only astaxanthin supplement brand I will take - I think it makes a difference to my skin. I only wish Solgar would make a 10mg capsule, which they used to do. . .

This is my preferred astaxanthin after trying a few, tiny capsules that don’t leave a taste or repeat, I take two as a more effective dose. It helps protect my skin from sun burn on holiday and I like taking this product throughout the year as antioxidant support.
